Corporate social responsibility (CSR), encapsulates a business’s responsibility to do good. In 2021, BexGroup established a CSR division, focused on driving CSR across the group. The intention of our CSR projects is to connect us to our higher purpose and allow us to give back to the communities that have supported our success over the years.

BexGroup’s CSR initiatives address essential needs such as food security, access to education and empowerment, as well as making a significant positive impact on the environment through green projects. Our CSR strategy is built on four foundational pillars. Firstly, our external efforts are dedicated to addressing food security in rural communities.

Secondly, we support the educational needs of our employees’ families through targeted internal initiatives. Thirdly, we champion passion projects that preserve and promote the Afrikaans language and culture. Lastly, our commitment to the environment is reflected in our green initiatives, focusing on sustainability and conservation.
